• Our social media campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of the platforms we use. The Recognised Foundation is not responsible for changes to these platforms or their policies that may affect participation in our campaigns.

10. Celebrity Ambassadors

• Celebrity ambassadors collaborate with The Recognised Foundation to raise awareness for our cause. Their participation does not imply personal responsibility for our operations or endorsement of all activities.

11.  Campaign Gifts

• Eligibility to Participate - Gift campaigns are open to individuals aged 16+ who provide accurate and complete information during sign-up. Participation is subject to availability and geographic restrictions, at the moment, our campaigns are UK only.
• Gift Availability and Substitutions -While we aim to fulfill all gift requests, we cannot guarantee availability. 
• Delivery Responsibility - The Recognised Foundation is not liable for delays or losses caused by postal services or incorrect delivery information provided by the participant.

12. User Responsibilities

• Content Submission - By submitting content to The Recognised Foundation, participants grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for promotional purposes.
• Prohibited Behavior - Participants must not use our campaigns for offensive, illegal, or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming or harassment.

13. Data Retention and Privacy

14. Disputes and Limitations

• Force Majeure Clause - The Recognised Foundation is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
• Liability for Gifts - The Recognised Foundation makes no warranties regarding the quality or fitness of gifts received through campaigns, beyond those required by law.
